  • Phone Support - Statim engineers are available via phone, email and web to provide support.  Annual contract or pre-paid consulting hourly fee is required.
  • Maintenance - Statim engineers are available to assist customers when their system fails due to a hardware issue.  Annual product maintenance contract required.
